CONSUMER FIREWORKS |

| Specifically Permitted | Sparklers without magnesium, chlorates or perchlorate, and plastic and paper caps. |
| Specifically Prohibited | Firecrackers, torpedoes, skyrockets, roman candles, bombs, rockets, wheels, colored fire, fountains, mines, and serpents. |
DISPLAY FIREWORKS |

| Display Permit | Apply to commissioner of public safety at least 15 days before display date. $180 test fee, and $25 renewal fee per calendar year for license to discharge fireworks; $111 fee for inspection of fireworks display sites; $30 fee for permit for supervised display of fireworks for period of time specified in permit. |
| Insurance | $300,000 liability |
| Operator | Minimum age: 21 years. Operator must take test for certification from State Fire Marshal’s Office. |
