CONSUMER FIREWORKS |

| Specifically Permitted | Cone and cylindrical fountain, ground spinner, party popper, snake/glow worm snapper, wheel. (Small sparklers not regulated as Consumer Fireworks and therefore allowed.) Items listed on permissible fireworks list. |
| Specifically Prohibited | Items not specifically permitted, including large sparklers. |
DISPLAY FIREWORKS |

| Display Permit | Required. Apply to local authorities at least 15 days before display date. |
| Insurance | $100,000 liability maybe required. |
| Operator | State Police Certificate of Competency required. Written examination. Minimum age 21 years, fee $40. |
LICENSING |
|
| State license for sale of fireworks required, valid for 1 year, $1,500 annual fee. Minimum age 21 years. Must have ATF permit plus local permit. | |
