CONSUMER FIREWORKS |

| Specifically Permitted | None |
| Specifically Prohibited | Torpedoes, firecrackers, fireworks containing yellow or white phosphorus or mercury, sparklers, fireworks containing an ammonium salt, and a chlorate. |
DISPLAY FIREWORKS |

| Display Permit | Apply to local authorities. Permit to use explosives required if an electric match is used. |
| Insurance | Required, $2500 minimum. |
| Operator | No license specifically required by state law, but must be a competent operator, approved by local authorities. |
LICENSING |

| Safe plant locations, manufacturing practices, storage areas specified in state law. Indemnity bond of $10,000 – 50,000 required to manufacture unless waived by State Department of Banking and Insurance. Manufacturing license required; apply to State Commissioner of Labor. | |
