AGRICULTURAL FIREWORKS PERMIT
  Applications must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal, there is no fee, and run on a 2-year cycle.

GENERAL PUBLIC DISPLAY FIREWORKS (1.3G) PERMIT (May include 1.4G or Special Effects)
  General display permit required. Application must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal, along with $50 fee, and must be postmarked at least 15 days before the display date. A separate permit is required for each display.
Insurance Amount as required by local fire authority but not less than $500.
Operator Certification required. Must be 21 years of age or older and be certified by State Fire Marshal.

LIMITED PUBLIC DISPLAY FIREWORKS (1.4G)
  Application must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal, along with $50 fee, and must be postmarked at least 15 days before the display date. A separate permit is required for each display.

Operator Certification required. Must be 18 years of age or older and be certified by State Fire Marshal.

RETAIL FIREWORKS (1.4G) PERMIT
  Application must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal, along with $50 fee, and must be postmarked no later that April 15 of the year for which the permit is requested.
Fireworks Allowed Those which produce only smoke, sparks or fire and which do not explode, eject balls of fire, fly into the air, or travel more than 6’ horizontally and/or 12” vertically from the point of ignition. (See Oregon Revised Statute 480.127)
Selling Period June 23-July 6
Age of Purchase 16 years of age or older

WHOLESALE FIREWORKS PERMIT
Wholesale Permit Required Application must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal, along with $2,500 fee, and must be postmarked no later than November 1 of the year prior to the year the permit is requested.

MANUFACTURE, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION
  Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to fireworks and hold an Oregon Wholesale Fireworks Permit.
