Please call the customer service desk Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT. If no one is there to service the call, please leave your name, number and the date and time of your call and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. When you talk to your customer service representative, please ask for his or her name to expedite follow-up relative to your issue.
