Specifically Prohibited All fireworks that are not defined as salable consumer fireworks.
Age to Purchase 18 years of age
Display Permit Apply to State Fire Marshal.
Insurance Required. Minimum $1,000,000 for personal injury and death, minimum $500,000 for property damages
Operator State certification required. Pyrotechnics operator must take written test.

LICENSING Annual wholesale and retail licenses required. Apply to State Fire Marshal. Annual wholesale license fee $50, retail $10 every two years.
