Customer service is provided for all Phantom Fireworks® products and purchases made at Phantom showrooms. Please call the customer service desk Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT at 330-746-4129. Hours are extended during the fireworks season.If no one is there to service your call, please leave your name, number and the date and time of your call and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. When you talk to your customer service representative, please ask for his or her name to expedite any follow-up relative to your issue.
