Phantom Fireworks® is customer oriented and customer friendly, and our team members take pride in the relations Phantom maintains with its customers.  Phantom customers are all fireworks enthusiasts as we are, and we will work with you to enhance your fireworks experience.

Customer service is provided for all Phantom Fireworks® products and purchases made at Phantom showrooms.  Please call the customer service desk Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT at 1-800-777-1699.  Hours are extended during the fireworks season. If no one is there to service your call, please leave your name, number and the date and time of your call and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.  When you talk to your customer service representative, please ask for his or her name to expedite any follow-up relative to your issue.
