SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern text messages sent by Phantom Fireworks to customers who provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive an account confirmation and customer barcode by text message at the time of registering at our locations.

1. SMS Program

When you create or register a customer account at a participating Phantom Fireworks location and choose to receive a text message, Phantom Fireworks may send a transactional SMS message to the mobile phone number you provide.

The message is used to confirm that your customer account has been created and to provide your customer barcode or information needed to access your barcode.

This SMS program is intended for account-related and transactional purposes only. Phantom Fireworks will not use your consent to this program to send advertising, promotional offers, sales announcements, or other SMS marketing messages.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

Participation is voluntary. By checking the SMS consent box during registration and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive the account confirmation and customer barcode text message described above.

Consent to receive this text message is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Phantom Fireworks.

3. Message Frequency

This program is intended to provide a one-time transactional text message associated with the creation of your customer account. Additional messages may be sent when reasonably necessary to complete or support delivery of the requested account-related message.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Phantom Fireworks is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. STOP and HELP

You may reply STOP to a Phantom Fireworks SMS message to opt out of further messages associated with this SMS program.

6. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Phantom Fireworks.

Phantom Fireworks does not guarantee that text messages will be delivered to every mobile device or through every wireless carrier.

7. Eligibility and Mobile Number Responsibility

By providing a mobile phone number, you represent that you are authorized to use that number and to consent to receive text messages at that number.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should update your customer information so messages are not sent to another person.

8. Privacy

Information collected and used in connection with this SMS program is handled in accordance with the Phantom Fireworks Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and SMS consent associated with this transactional messaging program will be used to provide the requested account-related messaging and will not be used by Phantom Fireworks to send SMS marketing messages under this consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

Phantom Fireworks may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
